The goal is to be able to assist primary care and avoid referrals to specialists where possible. Through the app, doctors in the primary care can upload pictures or questions and have them sent to a suitable specialist by the app. Through using RubiconMD, patients don’t have to be referred as often and specialists can judge a situation better from a distance.
