Unmind developed a self-managing platform for mental healthcare at work. The platform includes exercises and self-assessment tools that employees of organisations can use. Unmind mostly focuses on prevention and the app allows for organisations to develop mental well-being policy based on the needs of the people who work there. Employers have access to a dashboard to keep track of developing trends within the organisation. Since the global outbreak of COVID-19, the platform has grown immensely: revenue has tripled and the programme is now available to over two million users all across the globe. Ultimately, Unmind wants to contribute to a global improvement of mental well-being among employees.
