OZO Verbindzorg (‘OZO care-connect’) is a digital communication platform for Dutch health care providers, which is run by patients. It enables individual patients to report specific needs, such as a home care visit or a GP appointment. The network of providers can then schedule those wishes into an appointment calendar. It is also possible to consult about a patient or with a patient, provided, of course, that the patient has given consent.
