Nima is a wearable gluten sensor that can detect whether the user’s food contains gluten within two minutes. The device can detect gluten from a level of 20 ppm. The Nima sensor consists of two parts: the sensor itself, and test capsules with which samples of foodstuffs can be tested. Results can be linked to the Nima App, which also shows measurements and reviews of other foodstuffs and restaurant reviews.
