The Elvie Trainer is an egg-shaped device which can be inserted like a tampon, and was developed by Elvie: a startup that develops smart technological gadgets for women. The goal is to not only train the pelvic floor muscles, but also to support this. Women can train the pelvic floor muscles with different exercises, whilst the Elvie Trainer registers the body’s values and provides feedback on whether certain exercises are being performed properly and what can be improved upon.
