Anrich3D

With the 3D food printer (developed by Anrich3D), meals can be printed in every desired composition. After input, meals are produced with the exact amounts of nutrients that were entered, thus personalising nutrition. The nutritional advice of a dietician can, for instance,
be converted into a dish with the perfect nutrient composition for a patient who needs to recover from an operation, a patient with diabetes type 2 who needs to change their diet, or a top athlete for whom the intake of the correct nutrients can make all the difference.
The ability to change the aesthetics of the printed meal according to function and demand is also unique. Playful shapes, for example, could stimulate the intake of nutrients with children who are difficult eaters. This technology is distinctive in that there are many apps on the market with personalised nutritional advice, but there was not yet a service that converted this advice into a meal.
